Classes will run Saturdays 9.30am - 3.30pm, Sundays 9.00am - 3.00pm & evenings 6.10pm - 8.40pm

ALL INGREDIENTS ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF CLASSES, EQUIPMENT WILL BE PROVIDED FOR YOU USE ON THE COURSES.

Thur 27th April & 4th & 11th May. Japanese Cherry Blossoms & Anemones. £50	After making our Japanese cherry blossoms and buds, we will tape them onto bare twigs and make some richly coloured anemones with black furry centres, there will always be an anemone to match the oddest of colour schemes. A must for every cake decorator.
Sat 20th & Sun 21st May. 2 day Painted, Stacked Celebration Cake. £160	Marzipan & ice a 6 inch and 9 inch round fruit cakes, dowel and stack them, then paint a country scene around both tiers and complete with beautiful scabious flowers.
