We have in both of our shops, very good members of staff; they have a wealth of expertise and knowledge and are always ready to share it with anyone who needs it.
It is a well-known fact that many customers coming into our shops really need that help as they have absolutely no idea of how they are going to decorate their cakes. Our staff claims they decorate more cakes in the shop for our customers than we do in our kitchens.
